LIPPERINI COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND SUPPORT, LLC
Bringing love and awareness
to our community, one tutu at a time
We are a mission-driven consulting and community outreach organization focused on helping individuals and communities navigate complex life and health challenges with clarity, support, and connection.
Through books, workshops, speaking and partnership initiatives, we bring people together through creativity, compassion, and real connection.
Right now, our primary public-facing initiative is the Zany Zita Project, a creative, story-driven outreach program that helps children and families feel seen, supported, and understood through joyful engagements and awareness building experiences.
JOYFUL OUTREACH. MEANINGFUL CONNECTION. COMMUNITY IMPACT.

Meet Zany Zita
Zany Zita is a joyful ballerina zebra who helps children understand differences, build empathy, and feel confident in who they are.
The Zany Zita project is a community outreach program centered around Zany Zita.
Fall 2026
Zany Zita the Ballerina Zebra and the Magical Tutu Parade
Zany Zita is a meaningful and engaging children’s book for Kindergarten through early elementary readers that explores empathy, courage, persistence, and understanding. Set on an Italian horse farm, the story follows Zany Zita, a zebra whose body moves in ways that feel different from others. As she navigates her world, she faces challenges that many children can relate to especially those that aren’t always visible.
Through her journey, Zany Zita learns to keep going, even when things feel hard. With courage and persistence, she begins to understand herself in a new way and helps others do the same. This story gently introduces children to the concept of invisible disabilities, helping them build empathy and kindness toward others, while also encouraging self-acceptance.
Perfect for families, classrooms, and counselors, Zany Zita supports social-emotional learning by opening conversations about:
- Understanding differences
- Showing empathy
- Building resilience
- Celebrating what makes each child unique
A story that helps children not only see others more clearly, but also feel proud of who they are.

Growing With Purpose
Lipperini Community Outreach and Support is building toward a broader vision of community support, education, and innovation. As the organization grows, additional initiatives in veteran support, professional education, and community consulting will continue to develop through strategic partnerships and mission-aligned opportunities.
For now, our lead focus is bringing the Zany Zita project into the community and building strong partnerships for meaningful outreach.
Our work is carried out through a range of programs and partnerships, each designed to meet people where they are — whether through education, peer support, or community-based outreach.
Right now, our primary public-facing initiative is the Zany Zita Project, a creative, story-driven outreach program that helps children and families feel seen, supported, and understood through joyful engagement and awareness-building experiences.
